It's today (Friday, Sept. 29) and several shops around town are offering freebies, BOGOS and good deals.

Birch Coffee: Customers can pay what they please for their coffee drinks on September 29 as the coffee shop hopes to "instill a stronger understanding and appreciation for the people involved in the process of getting coffee from the farm to the cup".

According to People, Dunkin' Donuts customers can get a free medium cup of coffee as long as they purchase another medium, large, or extra-large cup. Find a participating location here.

Friday through Sunday, get 20% off all pods and bagged coffee purchased at www.keurig.com with coupon code CELEBRATE. From September 29 to October 1, stop by for a free hot or iced cup of coffee. Offer is valid at Krispy Kreme stores only and not at its grocery store or convenience store locations. The company is also bringing back its Free Coffee Friday's, where starting October 13, customers can get a free cup of coffee every Friday, no coupon required. Professional truck drivers who are My Love Rewards members can use a free drink refill credit on coffee, and Love's will still donate $1 to CMN Hospitals on their behalf.

Cinnabon: Just show up and you'll get a free 12-ounce coffee, no purchase necessary. Limit one per customer.

National Coffee Day is set to occur on Friday, while International Coffee Day is on Sunday. Grab a free hot or iced coffee, tea, cappuccino or hot chocolate of any size by texting "FREECOFFEE" to 64827.
