HIV-positive school aide accused of sexual assault faces 206 charges

Ex School Assistant Charged of Child Sex Crime Against HIV-Positive

Police began investigating Bell after a parent notified them of sexually charged "suspicious text messages" between Bell and a student on a child's phone.

And on Monday, Charles County State's Attorney Tony Covington announced that a Maryland grand jury has indicted Bell on 206 counts for allegedly sexually assaulting those students. The time frame of the alleged conduct spans approximately 2 years from May of 2015 through June of 2017. Some of the alleged sexual assaults were recorded on Bell's cellphone, the indictment states.

A former Maryland school aide and track coach accused of sexually assaulting several male students while he was HIV positive was indicted Friday on more charges as the number of victims has almost doubled.

Bell's original charges were for assaulting at least 7 boys, mostly middle school age. WTOP reports that not all of his victims have been tested, but the Charles County State's Attorney's office says as of now, they aren't aware of any students who have tested positive for the virus.

A harrowing case of serial child sex abuse involving a former middle school teacher and high school track coach has turned out to be worse than investigators initially thought, according to WTOP.

Arsene Wenger Comments on Rumor of Mesut Oezil Leaving the Gunners
The game would have a goal-filled finish with added time proving to be more costly for the home side. "If you analyse the first half it was all Arsenal ".

While Bell purportedly sexually attacked understudies while not wearing insurance, the express lawyer's office said they didn't know about any of the casualties testing positive for HIV.

In addition to sexual abuse, he faces charges of various sex offenses, assault, child pornography, child exploitation, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and distribution of marijuana, among others.

Bell was first hired by Charles County Public Schools (CCPS) in October 2014 as an assistant at J.P. Ryon Elementary School.

CCPS Superintendent Kimberly Hill described the allegations as "horrifying" and apologized to parents and children affected by the allegations, in a statement issued at the time. He is now being held without bond, and is scheduled to be in court on January 8.
