Israel strikes Syria based on Fake story by BBC

Reports: Syrian Army Intercepts Missiles Near Damascus

According to reports from Syria, Israeli surface-to-surface missiles were fired at an Iranian base southwest of Damascus.

The Britain-based group, which monitors the war through a network of contacts in Syria, said the attack hit near al-Kiswa town south of the capital Damascus, causing loud explosions.

On several occasions, the Syrian army has also confiscated Israeli-made arms and military equipment from terrorists fighting the government forces.

Some of the missiles, which fired at positions in the countryside of southern Damascus, were intercepted by the Syrian Air Defense while others struck targets.

The Israeli military has not confirmed if it carried out the strike.

Militants open fire in Pakistan college, 12 dead
Local media reported that police and the army reached the site shortly afterwards and exchanged fire with the attackers. He said that he is monitoring the operation and that they are trying hard to safe lives of maximum students.

Earlier, a senior Israeli official vowed to bomb Syrian President's palace if Hezbollah continued to expand its sway over Syria.

Meanwhile Times of Israel reported the incident quoting Arab media.

"Let me reiterate Israel's policy: We will not allow a regime hell-bent on the annihilation of the Jewish state to acquire nuclear weapons". However, the images don't actually show much at all related to an Iranian military presence, but merely a series of two dozen large low-rise buildings - likely for housing soldiers and vehicles, which would be expected of any state army or sovereign nation.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has previously warned that Israel would not allow Iran to establish any military presence in Syria.

A Lebanese report said that 12 Iranians were killed in the attack.
