Argentina forward Lionel Messi to miss friendly with Spain?

Lionel Messi looks set to return for Argentina in today's friendly match against Spain. The match is one of the last essays for both teams before the 2018 World Cup of Russian Federation. Messi, who had a hamstring issue, did not play at the Etihad Stadium in their 2-0 win over Italy.

Marsden followed up, saying Messi's withdrawal appeared "more precautionary" than anything else, with Barcelona reportedly set to assess their forward when he returns from global duty this week. "You have to understand Messi, not teach him", he said.

"Leo, you have to listen to him, create situations that will be optimal for him and from there build a team in relation to that".

"Paulo and I talked about that, what he said is true, for Juventus he plays the same role I do", Messi told Fox Sports - quoted by Football Italia.

"He occupies a very similar position to mine when he plays at Juventus".

"He is the best player in the world and we need to create a harmony and a favourable environment for him". His mind is much more developed than the rest.

Qantas Airways Makes First Non-Stop Flight Between Australia and Europe
The new Qantas service is part of the airline's plans to eventually connect Europe with airports on Australia's east coast. Today, the average Australian weekly wage is $1600 and a return fare from Perth to London can cost less than $1300.

There had been doubts as to whether the Argentina captain would be available for selection after a muscle problem kept him out of the Italy friendly.

Lionel Messi will be at the heart of Argentina's bid for 2018 FIFAWorld Cup glory - but head coach Jorge Sampaoli is not going to try teaching the Barcelona superstar anything.

"If he doesn't feel 100 percent, we should not risk it", Argentine Football Association [AFA] chief Claudio Tapia told TyC Sport.

"As for the team, we are watching [Manuel] Lanzini's progression to see if he can play".

"The debt we owe is to ourselves, not to the people. We will select the starting XI later".

Spain will host Argentina in the first worldwide to be played at Atletico Madrid's new Wanda Metropolitano stadium with both countries preparing for this year's World Cup in Russian Federation.
