Stormy Daniels ready to reveal all on Trump 'affair' in TV interview

Stormy Daniels offers to return money to 'tell her story' of alleged Trump affair

A porn actress who said she had sex with President Donald Trump has offered to return the $US130,000 she was paid for agreeing not to discuss the alleged relationship.

Clifford filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles last week that sought to invalidate the agreement so she could "set the record straight".

Under the terms of the deal detailed in the letter, a copy of which was obtained by the New York Times, the contract ensuring Clifford's silence would be "deemed null and void" once she returned the sum called for in her original contract.

CNN, while not reporting specifics off what Daniels may have told Cooper in the 60 Minutes interview, also reported that Daniels went into greater detail than anything that has been reported about the alleged affair so far. It also threatens to erode the president's support among evangelical voters.

A letter from the pornographic actor's lawyer Michael Avenatti to Trump's personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, on Monday offered to pay the $130,000 (£93,000) into an account of the president's choosing by Friday.

Cohen did not explain why he made the payment or say whether Trump was aware of it. Mr Cohen claims the president was not aware of the payment.

The deadline for Mr. Trump to accept the offer is Tuesday at noon.

3 killed, 14 hurt in blasts in Boisar chemical factories
Scared and shaken many mistook it for an quake and hundreds rushed out on to the streets and sat there for hours. Loyal eyewitnesses said that the explosion sounded like a bomb when they were preparing to retire for the night.

By sending the money to Trump, it would involve the President - who has never acknowledged the agreement or the affair - in the case.

In exchange, she would be permitted to "speak openly and freely about her prior relationship with the President and the attempts to silence her", and use any text messages, photos, videos or other materials in her possession.

In her upcoming interview with the iconic CBS News program 60 Minutes, which was taped last week, adult film star Stormy Daniels reveals that Donald Trump enjoys being treated badly by women in sexual situations - behavior generally known as a "submissive" fetish, according to a report by Josh Marshall, the founder and editor of the long-running political site Talking Points Memo.

The New York Times broke the story on Monday of Clifford's offer to pay back the 2016 fee of $130,000 paid to her by Cohen.

Naturally, the White House has no comment on the letter or matters related to Daniels.

Daniels sued Trump last week, arguing the nondisclosure agreement is not valid because it lacks his signature, a claim Cohen disputes.

Clifford could be subjected to a $1 million penalty if she broke the nondisclosure agreement she signed.
