Apple exploring curved screens and 'touchless' gestures for future iPhones

Apple reportedly plans iPhones with curved screens and non-touch gesture controls

So, for more information, check out Telstra's tablet page here, and be sure to check out Apple's March 2018 iPad keynote.

Both of these technologies are still under works and there's a high chance that Apple could ditch these in favour of something else.

Apple's manufacturing partners are gearing up for MicroLED production if news from Taiwan proves to be entirely accurate.

Speaking in terms of the display, it will "gradually" curve inward from top to bottom and it's still at least two to three years away.

The plan, reported by Bloomberg, has been rumored for several years, as Apple has taken on more chip design for devices. In the present, Apple is expected to bring some of the iPhone X's features to slightly affordable iPhone models this year. Apple is still in the early development stages with those technologies.

The work comes as the Cupertino, California-based smartphone pioneer looks to make its gadgets stand out.

Another senator, Mustapaha Bukar, is dead
Senator Bukar, who represents Katsina North ( Daura Zone) in the Senate, died around 10.am on Wednesday following an illness. Senator Mustapha Bukar, representing Katsina North senatorial district, President Muhammadu Buhari's constituency, is dead.

New reports have Apple working on features that aren't found on their competitors' phones. What's more is that it takes into consideration the fingers proximity from the screen. Samsung is already working on a foldable smartphone, while Huawei is seeing increased success in Asia.

Those familiar with Samsung's Galaxy line will likely remember that the South Korean manufacturer has played with simple hand gesture controls in the past, most notably with the Galaxy S4 and S6.

In a way, the touchless gesture controls will be similar to the 3D Touch feature that has been part of Apple's iPhones for the past few years.

Google is also working on technology using gestures through a program called Project Soli.

Industry insiders close to Bloomberg suggest that Apple is presently working on the curved displays for iPhones.

Additionally, rumours of a second iPhone X with a larger 6.5 inch OLED screen being released later this year round off the report.
