NOAA GFS projected snowfall totals at a 10:1 ratio via tropical tidbits

The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm watch starting at 5 a.m. Saturday and running through noon Sunday for parts of West Michigan. At the most, five inches. Additionally, once roads reach the freezing temperature standing water may flash freeze, quickly changing roads from decent condition to very slick. Roads will be slippery and visibility will be low due to blowing rain and snow throughout the weekend.
