Christie Brinkley Uptown Girl Gettin' Down with Stormy Daniels' Lawyer

Fox News' The Five continued hammering Stormy Daniels lawyer Michael Avenatti today over his continued daily media presence.

Michael Avenatti, the lawyer representing adult film actress Stormy Daniels, defended his explosive disclosure last week of more than $1 million in payments from companies including AT&T Inc.to Michael Cohen, Donald Trump's longtime lawyer and fixer. One of those companies, AT&T, had gone so far as to acknowledge the hiring of Cohen was "a big mistake", Avenatti noted.

"Even if Mr. Cohen's allegations were true (and they are not), laws restricting disclosure of banking information and suspicious activity reports (SARs) apply to financial institutions and government entities, not third parties", Avenatti wrote. If you think I'm kidding, you really don't know anything about me.

Michael Avenatti. he hangs with women who banged Trump and women who didn't. Brinkley previously claimed Trump had made advances on her when he was still married to first wife Ivana.

Lashing out at efforts by embattled Trump attorney Michael Cohen to bar him from the NY federal court overseeing the criminal probe of Cohen, Stormy Daniels' lawyer said Monday he's done nothing that should keep him from a court he's already practiced in twice before.

In late April, the president tasked Nielsen's Department of Homeland Security to contain and break up the traveling migrants. As head of Homeland Security, Nielsen oversees a 20,000-person work force under Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Avenatti also went on the attack in his filing, saying that Cohen's objection to his pro hac vice application is nothing "but a highly improper attempt to soil Mr. Avenatti and unnecessarily lure and entangle this Court into Mr. Cohen's elaborate campaign to now discredit Mr. Avenatti".

Lawyers for Cohen have objected, and Judge Kimba Wood is mulling the issue.

Wood could be "looking at Avenatti's tendency to be on television and now to release information", Zeldin said.

"Avenatti is clearly protected by the First Amendment rights of free speech to publish information on matters that, without serious dispute, are a matter of public concern", according to the filing. Avenatti argued that the documents are of the "utmost public concern". "She might say, I just can't have you in my case". Avenatti did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Newsweek on Monday.

"The fact of the matter is if information comes into our possession we believe is credible and that we believe people should be asking questions about, we're going to release it publicly", Avenatti told MSNBC. "They should get used to it, 'cause we're not changing".
