Judge orders 30-year-old son to move out of parents' home

Things boiled over for this family on May 7, when Christina Rotondo filed suit in Onondaga County Supreme Court seeking to evict her son from their modest residence in Camillus, New York.

"They said, 'you need to get a job, you need to get health insurance, '" he said.

Rotondo has been living with his parents, Mark and Christina, for eight years.

"You only have one mom and dad, and I understand that you are probably more upset than you're letting on, but don't you want to reconcile with them?"

It started off strangely when host Brooke Baldwin asked if Michael wants his own place, to which the 30-year-old said "no", but then within seconds, he says he doesn't want to live in his parents' place anymore.

However, the judge in the case instead ordered the parents' lawyer to draft an order outlining terms of the eviction on Tuesday. They offered him some money so the process of finding a new place to live would be a bit easier.

Rotondo's reply was simple: "No, no I don't". He will appeal the judge's decision and said he wasn't given enough time to vacate the property - despite being warned several months ago.

Facebook suspends 'around 200' apps, reviewing misuse of data
And several of the US lawmakers often appeared to fail to grasp the technical details of Facebook's operations and data privacy. Zuckerberg's visit comes with a strict new European data protection law due to take effect on May 25.

He argued as a dependent family member that time would allow him to procure the means by which he could support himself.

"On the advice of our lawyer we have chose to grant you up to thirty (30) days from the date shown above to remove your possessions and vacate the premises". The judge sided with his parents and told the grown-ass man - who doesn't pay rent - he needed to heed his parents' eviction notice.

"There are jobs available even for those with a poor work history like you", the letter said. "Get one - you have to work!" the Rotondos wrote to their son.

Michael Rotondo claims he hasn't "made life difficult" for his parents and that there was never any expectation on him to "contribute to household expenses" or do chores or maintain the home, the motion states.

Since the story was first reported on Syracuse.com, it's captured attention both nationally and internationally, with outlets such as the New York Post, Fox News and the BBC covering the case.

He said he had a business but would not elaborate.

"So I'm expecting something like that".
