John Goodman Breaks His Silence on Roseanne Cancellation

'Roseanne' cancelled after Barr makes ’bad joke’ about Obama aide

Many observers have been wondering when President Donald Trump, an active Twitter user who had previously called Barr to congratulate her on the big ratings earned by the "Roseanne" revival, might chime in on the controversy surrounding Barr's tweet and ABC's swift decision to cancel the show.

EW said that "Iger apologized and said he would not tolerate those kinds of comments made by Barr, Jarrett said".

The show was canceled as the writers and producers were gathering at the studio for the first day of work on next season's 13 new episodes of "Roseanne".

"It can alter your mental state and make you say things that may be abnormal or out of character for you", Mikhail Varshavski, aka Dr. Mike, told Inside Edition. I'd worked doing publicity for them for free for weeks, traveling, thru bronchitis. I begged4 ppls jobs.

"I am exhausted of being smeared-over a stupid mistake erasing 30 yrs of activism", she wrote. "And he said to me, oh my gosh, you married up in the world".

But the Disney chief apparently did not call the president of the United States to share any similar mea culpas for vile things his employees have said about the president or his administration.

She called her own actions indefensible, saying: "I made a mistake I wish I hadn't but.don't defend it please". Barr later wrote that "i blamed myself. not ambien".

To refresh: Barr compared former Obama senior advisor Jarrett to an ape on Tuesday and suggested she was a member of the Muslim Brotherhood.

What do they expect to see happen? Then-US Secretary of State Madeleine Albright traveled to North Korea later that month. However, it could not be immediately confirmed whether he was the Pentagon official involved in Sunday's talks.

Roseanne Barr is still tweeting about the scandal which cost her the hit Roseanne reboot.

The actress was able to find plenty of sympathizers though because she noted multiple retweets of people supporting her through this PR crisis.

She later tweeted that people should not defend her.

Tuesday morning, Barr posted on Twitter about Valerie Jarrett, a former aide to President Barack Obama.

Barr announced that she was leaving Twitter amid the backlash, but by the end of the day, she was back to her usual behavior on social media.

She also sent a message directly to Jarret, offering her apology.

But throughout Tuesday night and the wee hours of Wednesday, Barr went on to retweet a weird string of Twitter posts - some that called ABC's decision to cancel Roseanne hypocritical, and others that celebrated the sitcom's axing, like actor Charlie Sheen's "good riddance" sentiment.
