Tom Holland reveals Spiderman Far From Home as the sequel title

Kamala Khan joins the Avengers

In a new video he has just "accidentally" revealed the Spider-Man 2 title.

So, building on his reputation as Top Grass, Marvel chose to let him "accidentally" share the title of the new Spider-Man flick.

Holland says he has no idea how it's going to work given his character's fate by the end of Infinity War, but this next Spider-Man movie is going to premiere after 2019's still-untitled Avengers sequel.

In a short video from his Instagram and later confirmed from a fan video at ACE ComicCon, the title of the next "Spider-Man" movie will be. Here's Holland revealing it while he apologizes for not having anything to reveal, only to flash viewers with the sequel script's title page on his iPad screen. Even if he takes down the Instagram, a cat (black or otherwise) may be out of the bag with that glimpse of a professional-looking logo for Spider-Man: Far From Home.

So that's exciting, and a nice change of pace, although I still hope they'll be able to retain the high school aspect of Peter since that's what makes him such a distinctive Spider-Man. But, it's believed nothing is impossible in the Marvel Universe and Spider-Man Homecoming is soon set to have a sequel. I don't know much about it. I'm a little confused because, um, I died, so I don't really know how it all comes into play but...

Japan and Senegal Supporters Filmed Cleaning World Cup Stadiums
In the World Cup, Japan became the first Asian team to win against a South American opponent by beating Colombia 2 to 1. Probably still on a high following a historic victory, they chose to clean up after themselves in the stadium.

Holland also bluntly admits he has no idea how the Marvel team are planning to bring back Spider-Man and all the other heroes who died in the The Snap.

Jon Watts will direct from a script by Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers.

Holland has gained a bit of a reputation for failing to maintain an absolute lockdown on spoilers in the Marvel universe - and elsewhere.

Plot details on the Spider-Man: Homecoming sequel are now under wraps, though Jake Gyllenhaal is in talks to join the cast as Mysterio with Michael Keaton returning as the Vulture. In any case, "Far From Home" is due in theaters July 5, 2019.
