Former Viking Randy Moss inducted into Hall of Fame

During his Hall of Fame acceptance speech at UT Chattanooga Terrell Owens thanks his mom and his grandmother for their support

Patriots head coach Bill Belichick and owner Robert Kraft surprised Randy Moss at his Hall of Fame induction this evening in Canton, Ohio.

When giving his Hall of Fame induction speech in Chattanooga on Saturday, former National Football League wide receiver Terrell Owens said he skipped the ceremony in Canton because of sportswriters. Like most of us, Owens also admired Bryant's unmatched work ethic and undying devotion to his craft.

"Today is not about me", he said.

Owens might have thrown tradition out the window when he became the first living Hall of Famer not to attend an induction ceremony in Canton, but the flip side of that is that he gave 3,000 fans a memory that will last a lifetime.

Terrell Owens had almost everyone in McKenzie Arena standing by the end of his Hall of Fame speech. "They say that I am making the wrong decision, but sometimes, got to do what is deemed wrong or the wrong thing for the right reasons".

Pompeo to announce US economic initiatives in ‘Indo-Pacific’
Pompeo says despite withdrawing from the deal, American companies are continuing to advance USA economic interests in the region. Pompeo said the United States has signed a $350 million investment compact with Mongolia to develop new sources of water supply.

"I wasn't really too pleased about it, " Owens said of the Hall of Fame's initial reaction regarding the jacket. During his speech, Owens didn't waste any time talking about the snub. Dawkins gave a truly incredible speech Saturday night.

He certainly wasn't going to waste it and wanted to make sure those he feels wronged him in the past would not be forgotten in his speech.

That's a fitting end to Terrell Owens' NFL career.

"The two pillars of my life are family and football", said Urlacher who went on to thank his late mother for showing him the value of hard work. But he also thanked the Pats coach for much more than football, which got a huge smile out of the otherwise surly Belichick. You challenged me every day, to go out there and be great.

"I want to thank you for being a friend when it wasn't always about football", Moss said to Belichick, who was looking on from off-stage. "It speaks volumes to the type of person that he is, even though other people may think other of him".
